I recently had to repair this German Nifty Nirona kiddie phonograph. It isn't simple to separate the base from the top, and because of this you rarely get to see the motor, so I thought you might enjoy a peek. The turntable is slightly offset vis-a-vis the center of the case. Many of the Nifty Nironas that have survived seem prone to corrosion, as with this example.Click on any image for a full size view.
