Extremely rare Rosenfield coin-operated cylinder phonograph, sized to play off a penny. This was a Columbia AZ Graphophone ca 1905, as adapted by the Rosenfield company.
We haven't played with this machine. It appears to be complete and original (see images). The electric motor works, and it seems to want to get the mech going, but the mech can't quite get there. There is no marquee, but this could be reconstructed by any competent woodworker.
There is not supposed to be a horn at the top of the cabinet. This machine took listening tubes.
Any questions, more photos available upon request.
