Case with a working motor for Columbia BH. The BH, introduced in 1906, is a little scarcer than some other Disc Graphophones. The style is reminiscent of a smaller version of a later style Columbia AH.
The original finish and original decal on this case are very nice. There are two small screw holes on one side where a front mount clip was once installed, which would be inappropriate for this machine.
The motor takes tension and appears to be working properly. This single spring motor will also fit several other Columbia models. The Columbia combination brake/speed control is still on the machine.
This is an incomplete machine. Please examine the pictures carefully. There is no horn, reproducer or back bracket.
