Edison Amberola 30 - with Dealer Decal for sale

Nice golden oak Edison Amberola 30 with unusual original decal from the dealer in Massachusetts at front of lid.

Case is in very good condition with no veneer peel. You typically find huge swaths of veneer flaking or lifting on about 90 per cent of these models.

I have gone through the motor and upperworks to ensure that everything is running properly and trouble free.

Though not rare, the Amberola 30 is an excellent, convenient way to play your Blue Amberol cylinders. It's pleasing size and proportions make it a favorite for modern tastes.

The reproducer and stylus on this machine are very strong. You can hear it playing a 4 minute Indestructible record on the youtube video embedded here. Although these Indestructibles typically show more wear than Edison records -- and this particular Indestructible certainly does -- you can still hear how strong the reproducer functions on this record.

Includes a half dozen original cylinders to get you started.
