Few documents have survived to annotate the history of the Ohio Talkophone company, and the official designation of this model is unknown. The case appears to be identical to the Standard Talking Machine, Style L, indicating a common supplier. It is fitted with a standard Talkophone motor and hardware. This model has also appeared with a Talkophone rear mount bracket.
