Painted Edison box We never received any provenance with this painted wooden box with hinged lid that we purchased many years ago. It's around 3 feet long and little over one foot deep and one foot tall, and is nicely painted in green with gold decoration and the words "Edison Home Phonograph." The green color and gold scroll work would seem to place it in the years of the model A machinery. It might have belonged to some travelling phonograph exhibitor. $350
