Concert roller organ

A Concert roller organ in a very nice, clean oak case with good decals. As usual, the pneumatic mechanism will need to be rebuilt; I have never seen one of these play, or at least play strongly, until it was redone.

Hundreds of thousands of machines of this type were made by the Autophone Company of Ithaca, New York, beginning in the 1870s. Original cobs are available, as are reproductions. Restoration usually involves recovering the bellows with new pneumatic cloth, and replacing the leather flap valves. Restoration supplies are available from piano supply houses that sell player piano parts. $450
