Lakeside was Montgomery Ward's house brand. The phonograph depicted here was manufactured by the U-S Talking Machine Company of Cleveland, Ohio. Note the similarities of the upperworks to the U-S Rex. Other models of U-S origin have also appeared branded as Lakesides.
